AI Web Push, operated by DHoldings Media Ltda. (CNPJ 46.047.573/0001-71), is a push notification automation platform that uses artificial intelligence to create, segment, and send campaigns based on content published on the subscriber's website.
2. Registration and account
To use the platform, you must create an account at app.aiwebpush.com, providing accurate information and keeping your access credentials confidential. The account holder is responsible for all activity carried out on the account.
3. Plans, payment, and cancellation
Plans and campaign limits are described on the pricing page. Payments are securely processed by Stripe, on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, which stops future charges while keeping access until the end of the period already paid for.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the platform to send illegal, misleading, defamatory content, or content that violates third-party rights, nor for spam or practices that compromise subscribers' experience. Non-compliance may result in suspension or termination of the account.
5. Data and privacy
The processing of personal data follows our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the LGPD (Law No. 13,709/2018), Brazil's General Data Protection Law.
6. Availability and liability
We make our best efforts to keep the service available and notifications delivered, but final delivery depends on external factors (browsers, operating systems, and third-party push services). The platform is provided "as is," with no guarantees of specific traffic or revenue results.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated periodically. Significant changes will be announced on the website or by email. Continued use of the service after an update constitutes acceptance of the new version.
